The stay at Oriental Heritage Residence was remarkable. The location is ideal, just a short boat ride from ICONSIAM, offering amazing shopping and dining options. The room featured intelligent design with a spacious layout and unique glass partitions in the bathroom. Housekeeping was exceptional, with daily intensive cleaning and fresh towels provided. The staff displayed a 5-star service attitude, ensuring every need was met, and their friendliness contributed to a welcoming atmosphere.

Traffic noise was noticeable at times.

The hot water issues are incredibly frustrating!!! Turning on the AC instead of enjoying a nice breeze through the window is a letdown!!! The lack of interesting shopping in the area makes exploring a bit dull.

The stay featured comfortable rooms with a cozy vibe, complemented by superb staff who went the extra mile to provide attentive service. The complimentary homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful surprise. it required frequent re-logging for each device and was notably slow. Additionally, the unusual policy regarding damage charges caused some discomfort, as every item in the room was listed. This made the overall experience feel a bit transactional rather than welcoming.

Good place for an adventure

The location was perfect! It's close to the grand palace and there was so much to explore around. I ended up discovering some little food stalls that serve these AMAZING street tacos! ! Also, the staff went above and beyond. I asked them where to find a nearby market, and they walked me there!

I spent 4 delightful nights in a spacious twin room, which was quiet and well-kept. The bathroom had unique glass partitions, and the staff were super accommodating. It was nice to have instant coffee and tea in the room!

However, we had our own little game of musical rooms! First the paint smell, then ants – I half expected a housewarming party!
